Butterfly Woman Tag This is my creation, any similarity to other tutorials on the Internet
is unintentional.
We will be using only PSP7 and Animation Shop. My tutorials are only guidelines to help you accomplish a certain creation. Please feel free to be inventive and take whatever liberties you would like. I hope each of you enjoy this tutorial. Your finished creation is yours to do with as you please. Screenshots are resized and for faster loading. Don't forget to SAVE your work often. This tutorial is written in and for PSP Version 7.04 and assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP and Animation Shop. I am sure this can easily be done in Version 6 with a few adjustments.
Jasc Paint Shop Pro HERE Ding Font Butterflips HERE Download and place in your fonts folder. Tube of Woman_08 Not zipped HERE Place in your Tutorial Folder. Super Blade Pro Demo Version HERE SBP Preset Mah-Whitediamondsq9q zipped in folder. Place in your SBP Environment and textures folder HERE Now if you have all your supplies gathered and tucked into their new home we can begin. 1. Open the Woman_08 tube in PSP, duplicate and close the original. Now do a "Save As" "Butterfly Woman Tag IN PROCESS to your Tutorial Folder. Add a new Raster Layer, and name it "Butterfly". 2. Select your Text Tool, and use Color: White FFFFFF Fill, select your Butterflips font and use the "e". Size of Font 149. With your Mover Tool place the antenna of butterfly on the neck opening of the womans dress, which is center. Go to Effects/Plugins/SuperBladePro, and locate Mah_Whitediamons.q9q, apply. Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen. Now to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible. Deselect 3. Add a New Raster Layer and name it "Name". Select Text Tool. On color palette select color Black 000000 with Fill and Stoke both set on color. Set you Font to your choice. I used "Times New Roman" set on 72. If you use a different font, be sure to select a fat one, so we can do the modify as in next step. Go to Selections/Modify/Contract by 4. While still selected go to Effects/Plugins/Super Blade Pro/Mah-Whitediamonds again. Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen MORE. With mover tool center name as in screen shot below.
4. Go to Image/Resize/Pixel Size and set it at 248X250 with Resize all layers CHECKED. Do a Sharpen/Sharpen on both layers, the Name layer, and the Butterfly Woman layer. We will now save our images for Animation Shop. With both layers active and showing in your view do a "Save As" Woman Butterfly Tag_BASE for future use. On layer palette turn OFF Butterfly Woman layer and "Save As" Woman Butterfly Tag 1. Turn Butterfly Woman Layer back on and turn OFF Name layer, and do a "Save As" Woman Butterfly Tag 2. Launch Animation Shop: Make sure it is set up with your preferences
as follows in Screen Shot Select your Animation Wizard, and follow each step as in the Screen Shots Below
Load your images As Butterfly Woman Tag 1, Butterfly Woman Tag 2, Butterfly Woman Tag 1. Select NEXT, and the Wizard will load the animation for you. On Frame 1, Right Click for Menu, and go to INSERT IMAGE TRANSITION. On theWindow then select the following preferences as in Screen Shot Below
On Frame 12, Righ Click on Menu and go to INSERT IMAGE TRANSTION. On the WIndow then select TWIST, and leave all other setting the same. You can now check your Animation with the (VIEW ANIMATION) on upper right menu. If you are satisfied do a "Save As" and NAME YOUR TAG putting it into the folder of your choice. I have a folder called Patao Animations, and I save all animations there, but also save to a folder, I have for Email Signatures. Once you do your "Save As" the Animation Wizard will Optimize your animation. Click on Next/Next/Next/Finish on your Optimization and your finished. Now it wasn't as hard as you thought it was going to be was it....*smile* If you are having problems with Edges of your Animation, use these settings
